Memory mapping code, and constants from certain files to ddr memory

Hi,

  Is it possible to configure the .cfg file to put all defines, constants, and executable code from certain files into external memory but keep other files constants and code in internal memory?  Also, how can I set it up so code can be in either L3_CBA_RAM or IRAM?
