Are there any sample code to set registers for SDRAM on OMAP-L137 EVM?

I downloaded the following samples and try use it in CCS 6.0.

But I can't find any sample code to setup EMIF for accessing the SDRAM on the board.

I also tried to load OMALL138_DSP.gel and run "Setup_Memory_Map" and "Core_300MHz_mDDR_132MHz" from scripts menu.

And try to change the SDRAM at address 0xC0000000 from the Memory Brower window in CCS 6.0, it doesn't work, all the bytes all zero.
