1808 PCB questions

Hi All,

For 1808 experimenter's kit which seems to be made by LogicPD

1. Do they provide PCB source files (Altium Designer/WProtel, Orcad, Autocad, etc.) within the package? Or is it obtainable from them?
2. Where can one get the footprint file (used in PCB designing) for AM1808?
3. AM1808 has 256 pins, so how many layers of PCB boards are needed? How many layers does the experiment kit (http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tmdxexp1808l.html) have?
