[OMAP-L138] EMIFA clock set as "exact" 100MHz, when operating at 375MHz

When using extended grade OMAP-L138 (max. operating frequency is 375MHz), the highest EMIFA clock frequency is 93.75MHz (375MHz/4, PLL0_SYSCLK3).

We checked below link, and spread sheet file of below link for the PLL setting.

However, they want to use "exact" 100MHz of EMIFA clock freqeuncy.

[1] Is it possible to get exact 100MHz of EMIFA clock?

[2] If possible, can you provide the guide how to set PLLs?
