OMAP-L138 - TRM 20.2.6 Data Bus Parking vs floating EMIFA data bus

Hello,
let me raise a few questions about TRM section 20.2.6 - Data Bus Parking.

1. The one exception to this behavior occurs after performing an asynchronous read operation while the EMIFA is in the self-refresh state.

It's not quite clear to me whether you refer to SDRAM or ASYNC mode, or both.

2. External pull-ups, such as 10kΩ resistors, should be placed on the 16 EMIFA data bus pins (which do not have internal pull-ups) ..

You say that EMIFA data bus does not have internal pulls; however, CP[17] should serve well here. What am I missing?
