AM5728: temperature issue

Hi,

we are using AM5728  device in our design.  As per device manual maximum device temperature is 105 C . we observed a thermal shutdown when device temperature reaches 105 C. At this instance device case(top cap) temperate is 85 C.  In order to have long sustained runs what are the recommended case(top cap)  and  junction temperatures.
