OMAP L138 linux

I am working on OMAP L138 board:

I made executable hex file *.out in CCStudio.

I installed Linux into ARM core of OMAP L138.

How can I develope programm for Linux, that writes this *.out-file into memory to run it in DSP core after reset.

What is the memory address space (SPI or NAND memory) to write *.out file?
